Set on the pristine slopes of China’s alpine region, Holiday Inn Resort Kanas Hemu is an exclusive ski-in, ski-out retreat that blends contemporary comfort with traditional charm.
Stack Studio's interior design clearly draws inspiration from the local context and culture both in function and aesthetic. The modern lobby juxtaposes soaring ceilings and expansive windows that invite the snow covered scenery in against the grand fireplace that creates a warm, communal atmosphere – clearly borrowing from the local vernacular.
Guest rooms continue the theme. Inspired by Kazakh craftsmanship, the light-filled interiors feature intricate woodwork, artful wool textiles, and locally sourced materials to create an authentic yet contemporary alpine experience.
